Experience is Customer Service is Good to Have.

Should have good Documentation( Like FS, BBP etc.) skills.

At least 2 Implementation and 1 Support Project Experience.

End to end configuration experience in SAP PM/CS Module.

Working in any Mobile Integration Project is good to have.

Knowledge with Tool like Jira, Service Now.

Good Communication Skills.
